Drivers Education

First time driver? We have partnered with several worthwhile resources to get you ready for your journey to licensure. 

Drivers Education Courses

A valid Learner's Permit is required prior to your evaluation.  Traditional drivers education courses are not always the most convenient or best suited for all. With this in mind, we have partnered with Aceable a nationally recognized, Texas DPS-approved program to offer self-paced online driver's education courses to best suit your needs and schedule.

Aceable courses offer closed captioning, convenience of completing course from smartphone or computer, and navigation assistance.

teen drivers ed--parent taught (self-paced)

Online 24-hour Teen Drivers Ed "Parent-Taught" program that is TDLR Certified and includes a Written Test. Drivers under the age of 18 years old are eligible to take this course to obtain a learner's permit.

Online 6-hour Adult Drivers Ed program that is TDLR Certified and includes a Written Test. Drivers 18 years old and above are eligible to take this course to obtain a learner's permit.

[new] texas defensive driving courses

Choose between Handsfree Audio or an Online Defensive Driving course. These courses offer convenience, and meet ticket dismissal requirements and car insurance discounts by all Texas courts.
